I assume you've private messaged a Mod already with the full details... Note that additional messages will just add to the pile they are trying to sort through...but if you were missing the needed details, send another message. And if you don't know your existing Account Number, please call your provider. It's apparently a key to get this done.

I'm having the exact same issue. Can't recieve incoming calls. Emailed twice and its been over a week with no response. Beyond frustrating. Is there a method I can get more immediate results?
