I want to cancel my previous phone number and its subscription because i register for a new phone number so i My Account just appear my new phone cycle, but i’m still charge for my old phone number. What should i do ?

@Trang4  If you didn't unsubscribe from your previous phone number account some time ago you  should be able to access it to unsubscribe.  If you just wanted to change phone number you could have done that in the original account but perhaps you had some reason you didn't want to do that.  If you can't access the account you want to cancel, contact customer service by private message at this link.  You will need to watch your community inbox for the agent to reply, either the envelope icon top right will indicate a new message, or you will need to check the drop down menu from your avatar.

I set up a new Public Mobile phone number so My Account on Public Mobile is switch to the subscription plan of the new phone number. So i cannot go to my previous phone number account.

@Trang4  Did you set up a second Public Mobile account with a different number or have you switched to a new service provider?   If it was a second PM account to get a new number you could have just changed the number on the original account instead.  If you are leaving Public Mobile without transferring your PM number then unsubscribe as already explained.  If leaving PM you could also transfer your PM number to the other provider and your PM account would automatically close.

Are you trying to cancel your Public Mobile service? You would need to log into your Public Mobile account, go into the payment areas, and disable the "subscription". This will stop charges to your credit card. After your Public Mobile account has been in suspsension for 90 days, it will automatically close.
