@florida181  Sounds like maybe the ever safe ID is having issue linking your account no problem though support can help fix that part just send a

Login My Account, Payment -> Manage Subscription -> Manage Payment Method to update card

@florida181  The most important thing is that the postal code on account matches that of the credit card your using . Alternatively you can go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher for public mobile and load the funds *611 to resume services right away
