Activation and Number Port failed

Activation failed at the end porting my number. Can't submit a chatbot request once you fill out every field the submit button is still grayed out nothings works and I got charged $5 for an eSIM. Great experience so far.

@--------------  Check your phone settings and make sure public mobile eSIM is set to primary and remove old providers sim reboot phone and reset network settings might have to reset network setting couple times to work also note reseting network settings will mean you have to re eneter wifi passwords and any blue tooth connections . See if that helps if not you will have to wait for support to reply to you unfortunately. Also if you have iPhone be sure to toggle on “turn on this line “ for eSIM

I've already sent a message to them. My plan from my old provider has stopped working so I have no phone to use this is ridiculous.
