my payment was due on may 13, i was sent a text thanking me for it on may 13,@12:O2. Now on may 23, my phone was suspened and it is telling me a payment is due but it is not due till june 12. What can I do to fix this? it was only active for 10 days instead of the 30 that I paid for

You might need to get in touch with a message board moderator since this is beyond a self serve option IMHO. Sorry couldn't offer better options.

You could try the lost phone trick to reset your account.
To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait a few minutes. Report your phone found. Re-start you phone if you still have problems then try contacting a moderator.

Do you have any funds in your account now?
Might be worth paying for a month and then contacting a MOD to get any applicable refund back to you... this would get you back and running faster...
