I tried to open a ticket but all I get is an error and cannot open one. How can I contact someone to get this fixed?

That seems criminal. I wouldn't have picked change now if I knew it would forfeit what I still had. What a slimy company

@Mikehole did you plan Change Plan Now or Change on Renewal Date?
If you picked Change plan now, PM will charge you the new plan amount immediately. Unused days of the old plan will be forfeited and no partial refund

An overpayment due to switching plans, without it showing as Available Funds. I'll try the PM route. Thank you

was it duplicated charge? any chance it is a pending charge?
If it is overpayment, would the extra sitting as Available Fund on My Account? If so, you can let it stay there and it will be used towards next renewal
