I was trying to upgrade my plan and wasn't sure if it went through the first time so I did it the second time. It looks like it went through twice and I was charged twice for it. How do I get this fixed?

@Joanslaney You shouldn't have done an immediate change. Doing that makes you lose the current plan. They won't refund the first plan but might the second change that was a mistake. Open ticket by clicking the question mark at the bottom of screen.

Log into your account. Is the extra funds in your available balance? If so, might as well leave them there for a future payment as it could take weeks to get a refund.
