  • I accidentally paid twice for US roaming as I thought it hadn’t gone through. How do I have 1 of those payments cancelled?

do you see the extra amount in Available Fund?  If it is there, you can just keep the money there and use it for next renewal.

but if you really cannot find the extra money and probably really bought the US roaming twice, ask support for a refund.
