My account is being double charged every month. How do I get that fixed.

 @SGKoop : You'll need to get the CSA's to fix all of this. And refunding all those charges.

the duplicate payments don’t show up on my statement. Just on my credit card.

Yes, I had trouble with the accounts at set up. I have two accounts but charged for 3. 
I’ve been paying for 3 accounts for six months.

Where do you see these double charges? On your credit card or PM account?

Do you do any manual payments close to renewal date? Do you have auto-pay set up?

Can you provide screenshot of your CC and PM account (mask personal data).

When did you activate your account?  Did you have troubles with activation? Sometimes, if there was a problem with activation, a ghost account was created which may lead to monthly overcharges.  

 

Or do you have multiple accounts with PM?
