First time doing this, and first time with a problem with public mobile, but I was charged three times this morning for my usual monthly bill.
A little disappointed that I’m being told (by the chat support) to make this post about it. Would have appreciated being able to speak to someone directly.

All three charges are the exact same amount, and have all been taken from the account already. Have just made the ticket, thank you!
