Overcharged

Hi,

my phone plan is $15 each month,now you charge me $18 per month without any notification,please refund me back for those months overcharged fund.

Not just the notification, the price change was many months ago too, since Oct 30, 2025.  

If you find out earlier, you could have changed to a better $18 plan with double the data.  I doubt plan is there but you can check your My Account Change Subscription page
