@Adrian1075_rhod How much were you overcharged? Also you're quite sure that you didn't purchase an add-on which might account for the overcharge? Do you see any credit in your account?
If you do think you were overcharged then getting refund can take two weeks or more, so usually it's advised to leave any extra funds due to the overcharge which can be used towards making your next payment cycle.
