Sorry to hear that you were overcharged. Are both of those charges posted or are any of them pending? Is this also reflected when you look at the payments section of your account?

Is it possible that one of the charges is a pending charge that will disappear in a couple of days? What shows up in your self service account? Do you see extra available funds in your account?
