Last Thursday, there was a payment issue. Many customers got charged multiple times due to this glitch. You should see the $80 in your available funds.  It takes about 20-30 days to get a refund.  You can use the extra $80 for future plan renewals.

@Benji0043   can you login My Account using Incognito mode again, check if you see the extra amount in Available fund and if Payment history shows all the transaction.

if the money is in the Available fund, you can leave it there for future renewal use.  However, you do have a reason to ask for a refund due to the technical issue.  If you want,

1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question.  Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at:
