Over charged

I was charge twice. One the regular amount and one with the discounts. I have been a customer for many years now and this is the first time this happened.

Did either of the charges appear as pending? It can take up to 72 hours for a pending charge to disappear and up to five days for an approved charge to be reversed. You may want to contact the moderators after 72 hours if both charges appear in your bank account as approved.

That's unfortunate @Tracyhall1 were these charges actually on your credit card statement? Or did you see them in the transaction history. Sometimes there's a phantom charge that disappears at end of day.

@Tracyhall1 Can you please post a screenshot of the payment history from your self-serve account? Be sure to hide any personal details. Let's see what exactly happened during the renewal and you were charged twice which i believe very unlikely to happen.

@Tracyhall1 That happened to me several times, but after a day or two, that full amount transactions disappeared themselves. Maybe it can be your case too. If after several days they still on your card, contact moderators about it: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-a-moderator
