My bill is 39.05 I looked at what public Mobil was going to take from my bank and it said 395.05. I’ve never missed a payment I’ve never called long distance I haven’t gone over my data. I’m not sure how to get ahold of customer services I made a ticket with no luck.

one would think that payment issues would be the least of Public Mobile glitches after all these years...

I had the same thing this morning happen to me and I freaked out! I just sent a ticket and private message it was telling me $394.55 when I’m on a $35-monthly plan. Gave me a heart attack nor do I have $400 for this month

this is the 3rd case this morning It is just a glitch on PM side. The other community use the PM app to check and the amount was correct. So, check and if the amount is right, ignore the wrong bill

you are not the only one, someone else has a massive bill of $253.25 :

but no worries, it is just a browser glitch, check using PM app and you should see the correct amount

click that orange bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process to get Customer Support help.
added...watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page is highlighted when they respond. BTW...there are never any charges of overages or long distance calls. Public Mobile is pre-paid...meaning you won't be charged later for anything. Where are you looking to see $395 ?
