I am assuming your are on the $15 plan since the other plans have unlimited outgoing calls.
Contact a CS_Agent to look into the double outgoing charges and have it adjusted.

I presume you're on a minute limited plan which is prompting your inquiry.
Can you screenshot the line items showing a double entry? (masking any personal information otherwise visible in the screenshot)
I wonder if it's possible you're viewing the line item on the bottom of one screen, then at the top of the next page and it may be one in the same line items. Just a thought...
