I bought a refurbished Samsung S23 - upgraded from Samsung S10.
I just took the SIM card from my S10 and put it in my S23 - everything seems to be working fine except calls drop constantly whether incoming or outgoing. Sometimes I can talk for a minute, sometimes it cuts out every 5-10 seconds. Texts and data are no issue.
I called Samsung as I thought maybe it was because the phone was refurbished and they said it sounded like a SIM card issue and to check with our provider first that my SIM card is compatible with the new phone. How do I know if it is a SIM card issue or a phone issue? Is there a way to check if my SIM card is not compatible? I thought if it fit in the phone it was compatible....
Thanks a lot.

Hard to say if it is device or sim
But test the sim in another phone
Also, on the S23, click Reset Network Settings and try
Last, ask PM to re-provision the sim on the system
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble with open ticket using Chatbot, then message them using this link: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
