i changed my profile email and now cannot log into account

 

please advise

To rule out if it is just a browser cache or app cache issue, please login My Account using browser with incognito mode 

And try Reset password and login again 

But if above don't help, then ask PM to sort it out

@kckeng1  You can try the forgot email option and see if you get code sent to it to log in , if still no luck get support to help you log back in 

you can use the orange chat bubble bottom right of screen  or send  a  private message   To CS_Agent
