Is there an outage in service for Northern Ontario, specifically Espanola? My phone shows NO SERVICE, and I was able to make a call an hour or so ago. There are high wind gusts in the area.

Not sure if it was reboot or SIM, as I turned off phone before reseating the card, but it's working now. Thanks so much!

I just asked about Telus or Public Mobile. I'll ask about the other networks you mentioned.

@Packy666 I checked https://www.telus.com/en/on/outages but it doesn't show any outage for Ontario. However, Telus usually does not update that page very well for Mobile issue
Do you have any friends using Telus or Koodo or Bell or Virgin or Lucky? They use the same network towers and they should have the same problem if it is a network issue
And try to reboot the phone first
Still not work, then try to reseat the sim card
Better to try your sim in another phone
If you want, you can open ticket with PM CS agent, but they might not reply quickly
