Outage ?

Anyone know if there's a outage I have no service in Brampton ontario

Out in Thorold too. Everything is broken today. Our hydro just come back on after a  2 hr outage. Killed my battery watching YouTube. Swapped it (LG V20, I have spare batteries) and no more internet on my phone. I thought that I did something to  my SIM card when I took the back off my phone.

not only in Ontario It happened in other provinces too. I thought Public mobile is owned by telus, isn’t it? Is it owned by telus and bell? Or telus and bell are owned by the same company?

We're in northern Durham region, but with a 416 area code, and the network is down here too.

actually Lucky has luck today.. turn out it's a Telus core issue, Bell customer not affected

Yeah outages happened in Winnipeg too for around more than 5 minutes.

Telus is having a core outage now. Bell customers not impacted.

Not sure if it's national or Eastern Canada only.

Lucky?  you are not in luck then.

Both Lucky and PM (and Telus and Koodo) use Bell network in Ontario.  If we have an issue today and proved to be Bell's issue, Lucky would be "lucky" enough to have the same issue too

Just claim down, any network has some downtime and NONE of them can provide true 100% uptime.  

PM does not have a support to call, but honest, many call centre agent would not know too much on minor system issue until the issue becomes huge too.  Many agent, when you first report issue, they will say they dont see anything too.  🙂

It probably a Bell outage.  Too bad Bell doesn't have a status page like Telus (if someone found it, please post here) 

I checked some other 3rd party sites and seems like Bell does have some service issue in Ontario .

Can't make calls, getting emails have to check texts, I don't think I can receive calls, but did receive one at 2pm.  I'm like WTF, did they not get my payment, I'm on autopay.

Just ridiculous customer service.  I'm leaving.

Toronto here and I got a No Service...   annoying as I cant send or receive any calls...

And it happened right when I was on here checking my account to see they triple charged me recently...  is this revenge for asking for help on the billing issue???   of course not...  but odd timing indeed. 😉
