There is an Outage for:

The Outage Includes:

• TELUS Optik TV
• TELUS Internet
• Home Phone
• 911 Home Phone
• Pik TV
• Mobile - Data
• Mobile - Voice
• Mobile - Texts

As there is a roaring fire within the area, there have been infrastructure damage to all services in the area along with power outages in the area.

And since there is an evacuation order within the area, they will not be able to work on it until the order is lifted.

@hTideGnow - Yes, they are using Helicopters to fill up 1-2 cell sites.

Also in Marmot Basin the cell tower is down there so they are using temporary Starlink Cell On Wheel sites.

I am just assuming TELUS is monitoring and when one goes down they fly in to fill up the generator.

thanks @fixin1 .  Look like Jasper outage for wireless still on.  since it is wildfire related, it could be a outage that will stay for longer
