Out of Minutes Using Local Call with Unlimited Plan

Pladdicus

Hello, I have

  • - Unlimited Canada-wide Talk

But when calling a store local to me, less than 8 minutes away in the same town, it is telling me I am out of minutes? Have I misunderstood what unlimited canada-wide talk means?

@Pladdicus

next time if is happened

 do Rebooting your phone,

*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.

To get the obvious out of the way...you used ( +1 or 1 ) in front of the any area code,

for Example long distance in canada or from USA,, Add (+1 or 1 ) in front of the any area code,
1416xxxxxxx,
or
+1416xxxxxxx,
both is will going through your call...

Good luck and enjoy the service.

@Pladdicus   no worry.. it happens.   🙂

Thank you, it did work. I also checked and I guess I dialed the wrong number and it was not local, haha. Oh well. Thanks!

@Pladdicus   Yes, this is a common system glitch but don't worry.   This issue might come up occasionally..  Just try to add a 1 in front of the 10 digits you are calling or reboot your phone.  It should work after without issue.
