I ordered and paid for a sim card months ago, and have not received the sim card. Please refund my money.

The order was placed January 8, 2023 and the sim has not arrived.

Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been a month, it could be lost. Open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card was sent out. Try to arrange something with them, maybe a reimbursement of the sim cost for you to buy locally instead
