My sim card didnt arrive. Almost 2montgs now.

Here's what I would do, @marychrischavez
I offer this as many customers seem to be waiting a long time for their SIM cards these days.
Go to a corporate TELUS or Koodo location, or a Mobile Klinik, and get a Public Mobile SIM card. Here's the store locator: Public Mobile | Find a Store
Then, advise Public Mobile CSA staff that since they didn't fulfil their order after 2 months, you'd like them to cover the refund of the original order PLUS a credit toward the purchase price of what you had to pay for the SIM card. If you have to, screenshot them a copy of the purchase receipt.
It's the least they can do for such a long wait when you should have been activated by now.

how you make order from online do you using email address, contact them will check it out in system for you.

these guys promise fast free delivery. If you're in the GTA, they have pick-up option.
Ask PM CSA to credit your account for missing sim.
