I ordered a sim card online on Feb 23, why I didn’t receive it? it is urgent, and I need it as soon as possible.

Like everyone else has said, don't count on speedy mail delivery especially now, since the postal service is majorly back logged due to the pandemic.

@Mohsen1990 you can also go to The Mobile Shop at Superstore or Walmart. They will help you with your activation of the SIM.

It can take up to three weeks for delivery.

If you need a sim asap then try purchasing one from a local retailer.

You could be lucky and it could arrive this week, or you may be waiting another week or two.
Since it's always a good idea to have a spare SIM card, check link for locations where you might be able to purchase one if you're able to:

You should count on a 2 or 3 week deleivery time. You can get a sm at your local Walmart or London Drugs out west.
