Which Oneplus phones support Volte on the Public Mobile network? I have a Oneplus 10T which supports Volte but does not seem to be supported on Public Mobile (IMS registration state : not registered)

HD voice and VoLTE aren't the same thing.  Also, an LTE network isn't required to use VoLTE. There's some information within internet search results that leads some customers to think otherwwise, but that information is incorrect for when it comes to Public Mobile.  HD voice has been avaialble at Public Mobile for several years on the HSPA/3g network.

hi @Andrew_C1 do you see your phone showing LTE or 3G when you are on a voice cal That would confirm if your phone really using Voice over LTE for voice calls

I am using Nord OnePlus CE 3 Lite 5g and all of a sudden today I've noticed right beside my cellular data reception bar "VoLTE" which was never there before. I'm not sure why this is or how this setting was enabled I've had the phone for 6+

Canadian providers are picky with devices they allow. They don't wanna get rid of a source of income. You usually do not have this problem in most parts of the world. It's a Canadian thing I guess.

When you're willing to root the device to upload a different modem profile/config to your phone, like from a pixel or so, suddenly your phone will sign in into public's VoLTE network without issues. People here still believe providers do not black/whitelist but as soon you take the configs from a supported phone it works with the very same phone, same IMEI, same imsi. That said.... It's Telus/public who need to change things here.

Now just wait for the people who think it doesn't work that way.

Unfortunately I've tried and when making a call the status changes from 5G to 3G

@Dre64

Unfortunately, the OnePlus is not on the list of VoLTE compatible list:

What You can do is to enable and see if VoLTE works so it can be added to the list.

@Dre64 - Unfortunately PM doesn't support OnePlus devices for VoLTE.https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/volte

They whitelist their own devices even if your specific device is volte compatible.
