It may be located under your sim card OR where I found it on my device (Nord OnePlus CE3 Lite) in a setting called "HD Voice" 

I am using Nord OnePlus CE 3 Lite 5g and all of a sudden today I've noticed right beside my cellular data reception bar "VoLTE" which was never there before. I'm not sure why this is or how this setting was enabled I've had the phone for 6+ months no...
