Hi.I sent an email to the @CS_Agent, One of my parent's Friends has a PM A/C, Currently in suspension, They asked me to pay, BUT they forgot their Log-In info, PLUS 4 Pin, and without, the CC infor Can't be updated.

Can a PM Mod assist me on this please?

yeah some times you may have to wait a couple days because there so much the moderators can do. you are just in line like everyone else.
