Hi,
I have a large number of vouchers purchased by the organization I work for in 2023. These vouchers no longer work when trying to add the money to the phones that are already being served by Public Mobile.
Who would I contact, or what should I do, in order to ensure these vouchers (which do not expire as far as I've read) are usable?

Thanks for your message! The client is in discussion with an agent via private message, so only they can share the resolution here once it’s been finalized. Hopefully they'll provide an update for everyone’s benefit!

The client has already opened a ticket and is in contact with an agent.

They should Not have expiry date (same as gift cards) but you never know.
Open a ticket and ask agent for assistance.

@TYSHCHC , you can use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the webpage to initiate a support ticket. A agent can assist with looking into why your vouchers are not working.

I've not heard of any expiry date on vouchers...use the orange bubble on lower right side of page to start process of Customer Support. Then watch the little envelop icon on top right side of page will be highlighted when they respond.
