Ok so recently my phone got barried in mudslide. I know it's not stolen it's just I can't get to it. So I put my account on hold or pause. Now that I know I will not be getting my phone back at all , so my question is can I use my old old sim card on my old old phone? If so how do go about doing that? My old old sim/phone was at one point associated with my current paused account/phone number. How do I reactivate my old old sim and still keep my phone number? Until I save enough money to buy a new phone.

hi @Teshwar
no, you cannot use old sim card from your old phone
you need to buy a new PM sim card from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store for $10 or Amazon for $5
after you got the sim card, login My Account and go to Profile page to update the sim card number (or use the app and update it on the Account page)
