My phone and data were working as usual when all of a sudden, with no apparent cause my data stopped working at all. I was unable to make calls or receive them, the same applying to messages. Once I was connected to wifi and accessed my cellular settings, I saw that my phone no longer recognized my phone number. Please advise and contact me through the email of this account as my phone number doesn’t work.

First, login My Account and check if your account is active or suspended
Call 1855-4PUBLIC from another phone and enter your number, check id it says your account is active or not
Try your sim card using another phone
And ask PM to check your account. Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
