it said Lukcy mobile because you have a Lucky Mobile sim card in the phone?

So, you damaged your old sim card, are you planning to buy a new PM sim card as replacement and continue with PM?  If so, there is no need to deactivate the account

But if you are really planing to deactivate, try to call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone, enter 1 for english then enger your PM phone number, you can disable Pre-Authorized payment there if you know your 4 digits PIN

Or try to get access to My Account back and then disable Pre-Authorized Payment from Payment page.

Once disabled, PM will no longer able to get the money from your account, the account will be suspended and 90 more days, it will be closed

If you forgot your My Account login, open a ticket with PM support:

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
