I was sent an SMS text offering me a plan of $19/month for 3GB of 4G data by SMS. However, I am unable to see this on my account. Is this offer legitimate?

did you reply to the offer ? I think there were 2 choices but the $19/3GB's data was the main one. I took the same offer last month and it was added to my account successfully.

Public Mobile did offer this plan to some customers.  Assuming that the text message you've received was really form Public Mobile, replying to the message will schedule your plan to change during the next renewal time.
