PM is a self-serve provider, they won't call you.
Usually you need to open ticket and they will reply. But for porting issue, there is a porting assistance team you can call and ask for update. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them

what exact issue was it? did you use the app and complete the activation? You already requested porting but you didn't receive porting authorization text from your old carrier?
