with porting from Koodo Prepaid, you need to get a new number first and ask PM support help with porting after the line is activated, you have the new number now?
I think you have trouble logging in and ask PM support's help with the port. What you need to do now is to submit a ticket with PM agent for help with the porting from Koodo Prepaid
