How can I transfer a number to this company? More specifically from lucky mobile to public mobile?

@Ftoniedmond  You can do it when you activate the sim on the public mobile app . And best to use lucky account number and ignore using the IMEI . Leaving luck sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port bum bet to public mobile . Also you can activate public mobile account first with temp. Public mobile number and then transfer your number over from your profile page in your public mobile account after activation. If you have any trouble come back here and the community will advise on what to do next if you even run into trouble it’s all pretty simple once you get going

First and foremost, the best thing to do is to get a SIM card or eSIM when you set it up. You have to download the app to sign up. First, get a temporary number and make sure you can make and take calls. Make sure text messages work and make sure data works. If EVERYTHING works the way it should, then you can log into your account and port over your number from Lucky. You'd just need to keep your Lucky SIM card in the phone for the hour and a half to get the permission text. Once the Lucky SIM goes SOS, you can put your PM SIM card in and reboot. I would NOT suggest porting right away. If something goes wrong with the port, it could be hours or days without a phone.
