Need help !! I have not been able to connect to PM . I have tried resetting it multiple times .. I received a message telling me that the SIM card I installed yesterday ended in 3683

however that is not the right SIM card number that I have ! Very frustrating 

what can I do to resolve this ? It seems to be a porting issue and I hear that I will likely not be able to keep my old number. I was also asked if I wanted to try a different SIM card or try eSIM .. I responded yes to trying an eSIM card. Have not received a response yet

yes, PM agent can do that, but you have to message them properly, not just post here

I was just told by Koodo that a transfer request for my number did not exist . Then the message said “ goodbye “ and hung up

I received a message that I had a $5 credit to order an eSIM card to resolve this issue. However when I go to my account the only option is to buy a physical card ! I have 2 physical cards and neither one works ! I have tried purchasing an eSIM as well however the same message appears .  INVALID PHONE NUMBER
