I just subscribed on Dec 30 and the initial number transfer from my old provider didn't work. I called and they asked Public Mobile to send another request to them. Please help so I can activate my Public account.

I will send you the number. Ensure you still have the old SIM card in your phone.

I have the same issue.
I can't receive incoming calls.
I missed the validation SMS from Fido.
I called them this morning and I've been told that Public Mobile has to send the request again.
