Ok thanks for your help. I appreciate it😃

HI @Cindy27 Bell must have a closer partnership with Skasktel .  If you know people in that number sets are using Bell as well, and you might be able to port into all other Bell's sub-brands as well.  But look like Telus/Koodo/PM are not accepting the number 😞

Really that’s not good, I know others in town with the 306-864 numbers that are bell customers.

HI @Cindy27

sorry, your number is a Kinistino number, which only SaskTel can provide service with number in that city.  I am afraid you cannot port your number with other carrier, and for sure not port into Telus family, Koodo and PM

Hello, no I am not trying to port a number from Koodo prepaid. I was a Sasktel customer and tried to transfer my number at activation but it would not let me. I would get an invalid phone number error. So I selected a new number with the intent to transfer back to my old number once I was active on PM. But I get the same error message.

hi @Cindy27 did you try to transfer a number from Koodo Prepaid service?  If so, this is normal.  Instead of requesting porting during activation, you will need to get a temporary number first.  Once activated, you will need to put in ticket with PM support for manual porting

if you are not porting from Koodo Prepaid, then check if your number can be ported here
