Hello, I have requested to transfer my number from Koodo to public mobile yesterday but I have activated public mobile account without confirming a message from Koodo regarding my number transfer.
Could you please help me to transfer my number from Koodo? @number transfer

If it's Koodo prepaid then you can click this link and type in “port request” to be put in touch with a Customer Support Agent (CSA).

are you Koodo postpaid customer?
If so, you just need the text message. You can call the PM porting support team , they will arrange to have the sms send to your Koodo sim again.
