i have a spare sim card from public mobile, I tried to register a new account. it won't let me.
how come??? i tried few credit cards, none working.

If no charges were made on any cards yet, perhaps try to activate by clicking this link to use the: Public Mobile Online Activation Assistance
if you have entered your credit card information perhaps the SIM card activated?
Have you tried logging into self serve to see if you can log in? OR, can you try the SIM into a phone and see if you have services?

Not sure if any problem with the credit card system, but there have been some complain about activation with credit card.
So, the portal accepted your SIM but not your credit card after? You tried a different one?
If that does not work, try once more with a different browser
If that still fails, I think will need to wait till tomorrow

clear cache and cookies and use inPrivate mode, or tried other browser.
