I tried to transfer my number from Bell to Public Mobile. Somehow, the transfer didn’t go well . Now my bell has been disconnected. My SIM card with the public mobile is still not working. I have submitted ticket at 4 pm. Hopefully it will be resolved soon

@Judyxiong if the sim cannot even connect to PM network, it is a sim provisioning issue. Please engage support by direct message :
