Hi there
I am trying to put my number from koodo to Public Mobile. I have already submitted a number transfer, but nothing has happened and it’s been over 90 minutes. Could someone help me with this

Hi there,
I did not receive any text. It only says the number transfer has been initiated and I will get a response when it is successful. However, I never got any text or follow up that this was successful.

@Tommyl120 did you receive the text from koodo confirming the port and replied?
If so maybe restart your phone and see what happens.
