Hi there, I transferred my phone number from Telus and it haven’t changed in the sin card ! It changed on my account

@Mariann74 you got the port authorization text from Telus yet? If you got it and replied YES, you can then disable, not delete, your Telus eSIM. Then make sure the PM esim is enabled and set as Primary and click Reset Network Settings and test

@Mariann74 when did you request the porting?
Did you receive the port authorization text from Telus on your Telus sim? You replied within 90 mins?

Hey @Mariann74
You have to keep your Telus SIM card in the phone so Telus can text you asking permission to port to Public Mobile. Once you say yes, you'll see the name Telus at the top go SOS., Then you turn off your phone and put in your Public Mobile SIM card in and restart your phone. Easy as that.
