I was a previous Public mobile subscriber and ported out to Koodo…but it’s been 3 weeks and I am looking to return to Public Mobile again to take advantage of the the $40/m prepaid 70GB plan with free eSIM
I get stuck on Step 6 of activation and I get the error code:
“ESIM NOT INSTALLED
Something didn't go right while installing your eSIM. Click below to retry.”
I attempted to click on support and then went down the rabbit hole of logging back in to my public mobile account and it turns up a blank page on the app. Same on the website too. Unsure how to go about this as I can’t access private messaging?
