Hello,

I believe my number was partially ported.  Can only send calls/text, receive neither.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. 🙂

If porting landline or VOIP line, it can take several days.  Most mobile lines should be ported with a few hours up to 24 hours.

If more than that time frame, you should contact moderator to help complete the port.

May need to wait a few hours. Use old phone carrier until porting complete to receive calls.

@jdwarner215That is normal. How long ago did you do the port. A port can take from 1 - 24 hours to complete. Who was your previous provider?

If there is a problem with the port you will receive a text from PM asking you to contact them. In the meantime you can continue to use your old sim until it stops working. Once it stops working then start using the PM sim.
