Number not working

I ported a number over to my account yesterday (over 24 hours ago) and it still has not activated. I ported it from Telus and it has been cleared on their end. Does anyone know how long it will take or what I can do to get the phone working.

@unikenzie   You Telus account was active when you request porting?

 

put your Telus sim back to a phone and see if it still work (can make and receive calls), If so, your porting was not completed

 

An important port of porting is to reply a text from your old provider, Telus, without 24 hours, did you do that?
