Hi, please can you assist as we are receiving the error number is not registered on the network.

Try one or more of the below:
*turn off your phone, remove your SIM card, leave off for a couple minutes, reinsert your SIM card, then restart phone
*go into airplane mode, then going back to regular mode
*perform a reset of the device's network settings
Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings.
This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

did you just activate? if so, you picked a new number?
if you are with PM for sometime, is this phone you are using it now a new phone you just got? did you try to put your PM sim in another phone?
did you login to My Account and confirm if status is Active
