Number not porting out

Great Neighbour / Super Voisin

I was in Rogers. Sent a port request. Replied Yes right away but Rogers says Public Mobile appears to be blocking the port. Account is active, replied within 90 minutes and they tried 4 times from the Rogers store. Went to Telus. Told to put in a case file on Community Support.

Telus store won't help with PM issue

please check with PM support by submitting ticket.  

 submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".
